ECTTA, The European Cardio Thoracic Transplant Section of ESOT, would like to announce a call for two new Board members. The new ECTTA Board Members will hold office for four years (2023-2027), starting at the ESOT Congress, September 2023.
All ESOT/ECTTA affiliates are eligible to submit their applications for the positions. You may nominate yourself or a colleague.
In addition, considering the specialties currently represented on the Board, ECTTA encourages applications from non-surgical disciplines (pulmonology, cardiology, intensive care medicine, anaesthesiology, etc.). The expectation is that successful candidates will become actively involved in the Association by attending Board meetings, organizing educational events (courses), and creating scientific content for annual meetings. Please note that Board members act as volunteers and thus serve without compensation.
The ECTTA Board is strongly committed to principles of diversity and inclusion and promotes balance in geographic and professional representation. Members of traditionally underrepresented groups are particularly encouraged to apply.
