VCA has opened a new era in the field of transplantation, reconstructive and restorative surgery. This Section brings together 10 representatives of major European teams at the forefront in this field.
ESOT and Takeda have come together with a shared goal of improving post-transplant care.
The collaboration has created two pathways to achieve this goal: one aimed at patient advocacy and awareness and the other designed for healthcare professionals (HCPs), focusing on medical education. The primary focus is enhancing patient education and raising awareness among HCPs to address existing gaps in post-transplant care. Additionally, the partnership endeavours to engage with a network of representatives from the transplanted patient community to collaboratively develop content and ensure its effective dissemination.
