The European Platform on Ethical, Legal and Psychosocial Aspects of Transplantation (ELPAT) has announced the appointment of its newly elected and re-elected Board Members, whose terms will commence on 15 January 2026.
The Board will include:
Gregory Moorlock (re-elected) – Living Organ Donation (LOD)
Mariel Nohre – Psychological Care for Living Donors and Recipients (PC)
David Shaw (re-elected) – Deceased Donation (DD)
Jelena Stojanovic – Paediatric Donation and Transplantation (PEDAT)
ESOT would also like to extend its sincere thanks to outgoing Board Members Joe Brierly (PEDAT) and Ines Mega (PC) for their commitment and valuable contributions. Their work has played an important role in shaping ELPAT’s activities and impact within the transplantation community.
With a strong balance of continuity and new perspectives, ESOT looks forward to working closely with the incoming ELPAT Board to further advance ethical, legal, and psychosocial excellence in organ donation and transplantation.
