ELPAT Living Organ Donation WG Chair

Dr Gregory Moorlock is an Associate Professor at Warwick Medical School, where he is Academic Lead for Values, Law and Ethics and Academic Lead for Phase 1 of the MBChB course. He obtained a BA(Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Sheffield and an MA(Res) in Ethics and Political Theory at the University of Reading. He completed his PhD on the ethics of conditional and directed organ donation at the University of Birmingham. He has continued to undertake research about ethical issues in organ donation and transplantation, including topics such as split liver transplantation, the role of altruism in donation, and the use of social media to find willing donors.
