Description of the workshop: Why we should be promoting physical activity for people pre and post transplant and working with existing structures to encourage life-long positive habits.
Objectives: To illustrate that lifestyle interventions before and after transplant make a positive difference in patient outcomes and to highlight pathways for on-going patient engagement.
Target audience: Healthcare professionals involved in preparing people for transplant and managing their long-term healthcare, patient advocates, patient organisations
