ESOT is delighted to announce the appointment of Prof. Thierry Berney as the new Editor-in-Chief for Transplant International.
Prof. Berney is a Past President of ESOT, an Associate Editor of TI and a full professor at the Department of Surgery of the University of Geneva School of Medicine.
He will lead the new editorial team from March 1st, 2021.
We would like to express our gratitude to the current Editors-in-Chief, Prof. Rainer Oberbauer and Prof. Thomas Wekerle, from Medical University of Vienna, for the outstanding leadership of TI over the past years.
A transition period between the current and new Editors is taking place until the end of February 2021.
