We are delighted to announce that registration is now open for our new ECTTA Webinar, taking place on Thursday 2 February 2023 at 18:00 CET!
This webinar will provide an up-to-date overview of Chronic Lung Allograft Dysfunction (CLAD), the most common post-transplant problem in lung transplant patients. CLAD is a burning matter in lung transplantation, limiting long-term survival in approximately 50% of patients at 5 years post-transplantation. This webinar will elaborate on the recently updated definition and diagnosis of CLAD and how this will assist in accelerating progress in achieving uniform management between centres and facilitate clinical trials. The importance of personalised treatment and preventative strategies will be highlighted, as well as current unmet needs in the field. The webinar will also cover histopathology, risk factors and therapeutic interventions of CLAD, to offer transplant healthcare practitioners a state-of-the-art overview of the best practice in the management of CLAD.
Moderated by Chair Robin Vos and Co-Chair Irene Bello, this webinar is intended for healthcare practitioners in the field of lung transplantation, including physicians, paramedical and allied health care workers, scientific workers, and patient representatives.
