Job description
As a fellow at Erasmus MC, you will participate in the HPB and Transplant programs, including liver and kidney transplantation, with active roles in the assessment, management, and follow-up of donors and recipients. You will be responsible for perioperative patient care and multidisciplinary meetings. As a fellow, you will be trained to perform abdominal multi-organ retrieval as part of the supra-regional multi-organ retrieval service. Depending on your interests, you may also participate in the liver and pancreatic resection programs. You will be part of the on-call schedule for adult kidney and liver transplantation, as well as for multi-organ retrieval and HPB surgery.
