INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN A SURVEY BY THE BANFF WORKING GROUP ON ANTIBODY MEDIATED INJURY

October 29, 2023 | All

The Antibody-Mediated Injury Working Group of the Banff Foundation on Allograft Pathology invites you to participate in a survey on Multidisciplinary Transplant Meetings. The care of transplant recipients is complex, requiring a collaborative and multi-disciplinary effort. Despite evidence supporting the benefit of a multidisciplinary approach in transplantation, very little is known regarding the actual proportion of transplant centres practicing regular, comprehensive, multidisciplinary transplant conferences. To better understand the current practice and perceived value of multidisciplinary perspectives in the diagnosis and management of transplant patients at risk for immune-mediated injuries, we are seeking transplant professionals worldwide to respond to a brief 10-minute survey.
Participation in this research study is voluntary, and your responses will be collated and analysed anonymously. The survey findings will be summarised and submitted for a peer-reviewed publication. This study has been approved by the Yale University Institutional Review Board.
