Brief description of the workshop: Life after receiving a transplant brings all kind of new challenges. In this workshop, we will focus on how to meet those challenges, from the perspective of health care professionals and from a peer-support network.
Objective: to learn from each other with the aim to improve life after transplantation.
Target audience: Representatives of the ESOT-ETPO Alliance Network and representatives of patients societies and Associations, Patients Advocates, Transplant professionals, Allied Health Care professionals.
