EDTCO call for nominations 2025

May 6, 2025 | Transplant coordination

EDTCO, the European Donation and Transplant Coordination Section of ESOT, would like to announce a call for nominations for three new Board members. The new EDTCO Board Members will hold offices for four years (2025-2029), starting in September 2025.

All ESOT/EDTCO affiliates are eligible to submit their applications for the positions. You may nominate yourself or a colleague.

In addition, considering the specialties currently represented on the Board, EDTCO encourages applications coming from: doctors/nurses involved in deceased and/or living organ donation (from ICU units, A&E or anaesthesiology), transplant coordinators. The expectation is that elected candidates will become actively involved in the Association by attending Board meetings, educational events (courses), and the annual meetings. Please note that Board members act as volunteers and thus serve without compensation.

The EDTCO Board is strongly committed to principles of diversity and inclusion and promotes balance in geographic and professional representation. Members of traditionally underrepresented groups are particularly encouraged to apply.
