To the Young Professionals in Transplantation,
We are delighted to inform you that the Organisers are offering 4 complimentary registrations for the Guy’s Hospital Kidney Transplantation Symposium 2023, taking place from 7 to 8 December in London! This is a hybrid event with an in-person and online option, and we would be happy to cover the registration fees for one or the other option.
This symposium aims to provide an update on all aspects of kidney transplantation carried out by expert clinicians in the field. Further, this will allow the participants to get exposed to learn about complex cases handled throughout the year whilst having the opportunity to take part in panel discussions with expert clinicians from the field. Any Young Professional with up-to-date ESOT membership and YPT affiliation at the time of application.

On a first-come, first-served basis, please complete this Google Form by Monday, 30 October 2023 at 10:00 CET and mention if you would prefer online or face-to-face (only registration fees will be covered)
