You are invited to participate in a Survey of Transplant Center Practices related to COVID-19 Vaccine Mandates.
While COVID-19 vaccination is widely recommended for solid-organ transplant candidates, little is known about current transplant center policies and practices related to mandating COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of active transplant candidacy.
To better inform community discussions, we are seeking your responses to a brief survey regarding your center’s practices. We believe that this survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
