The ESOT Education Committee is delighted to announce a new workshop series on professional development: 50 Minutes to grow your career.
This series will provide expert advice and practical tips to support the personal and professional development of transplant professionals at all career stages. The topics of this series were selected based on the results of an educational needs assessment recently conducted by ESOT.
The first workshop will be held on Tuesday, 8 November, at 18:30 CET and will focus on career planning in a multidisciplinary perspective.
Invited panellists will share what they learned in their personal career path that has helped them advance, the main challenges in their fields, the skills early career professionals need to succeed, as well as some broader insights into their fields.
