It has come to our attention that there is a phishing email circulating posing as official suppliers of upcoming ESOT events, attempting to gain attendees personal information. This has been a particular concern for the EPITA Symposium, raising similar concerns for all upcoming ESOT events such as the ESOT Congress 2025.

Fraudulent E-mails
E-mail scam from Global Travel Experts
We have had reports of attendees receiving unsolicited e-mails from Global Travel Experts, from e-mail addresses including:
support [at] g-travelexperts[dot]com
support[at] gtravelhosting[dot]com

Based on experience, other e-mail addresses that may be used are:
info [at] globaltravelexperts[dot]com
reservation[ at] g-travelexperts[dot]com
reservation [at] gtravelhost[dot]com
planning [at] gtravelhosting[dot]com
reservations [at] gtravelhosting[dot]com
bookings [at] gtravelservices[dot]com
support [at]gtravelmanagement [dot]com
bookings[at]gtravelservices[dot]com
reservations[at]gtravelhosting[dot]com
operations[at]gtravelservices[dot]com

Please note, this is not an exhaustive list and there may be others. Please remain vigilant and cautious. 

An example e-mail is below:
Hi First Name We kindly ask you to share your travel dates in City with us secure your accommodation for the conference this Month. If you haven’t finalized your travel details yet, Kindly note that the reservation is completely adjustable and can be canceled with no additional fees
You can use or secured cancellation system up to 14 days ahead of your arrival date.
Kindly reply at your earliest convenience so we can forward you the hotel booking link and finalize the reservation.

Please report, block the sender and delete the email.
