“A life that is gained should also be lived”
All activities listed on this page have been developed with a clear vision: to focus on the person with an organ, not the organ in the person, with the aim of achieving person-centered transplant care.
In pursuit of this vision, the project My Life My Health (MLMH) and all activities developed under this collaboration aim to accomplish three main objectives: supporting patient literacy and the adaptation process, raising healthcare professionals’ awareness and capacity building, and empowering transplant nurses. These efforts are geared towards ensuring holistic care and support for individuals undergoing organ transplantation.
All projects on this page were developed under a healthcare collaboration between the European Society for Organ Transplantation (ESOT) and Takeda that aims to benefit patient care. All content has been developed independently by ESOT.
