Mentoring can be a powerful tool to develop one’s career, change direction, and promote a healthy work-life balance. An effective mentoring relationship facilitates the mentee’s development from both a personal and professional perspective.
As part of the 2026 ESOT Mentorship Programme, we will discuss effective mentoring practices for this year’s mentors and for anyone who is interested in enhancing their mentoring skills.
This interactive workshop is designed to offer a practical, experience-based approach to mentorship, offering real-world insights into mentoring experiences.
Together, we will explore the challenges and opportunities in mentoring and share practical strategies that foster meaningful, productive mentoring relationships. Attendees will gain valuable perspectives from both the mentor and mentee roles, engage in dynamic discussions, and leave empowered with new tools and ideas to enhance their own mentoring practice.
