Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be communicated in written form to the Organising Secretariat Interplan – Germany. Please email: TBD

For all cancellations received by TBD, the registration fee will be refunded (deducting an administrative fee of 20% from the paid amount). After this date, there will be no refund. The refund, if due, will be issued within 60 days from the end of the Congress.

Name changes

Any name changes will incur a handling fee of €50.00 (including local VAT) per name change. A new registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed.
Please note, name changes are only available for individual registrations and small groups (less than 10 people).

Badge re-printing (onsite)

Any badge reprinting required onsite will incur a handling fee of €50.00 (including local VAT).
