Eline Bunnik is Associate Professor of Medical Ethics at the Department of Public Health at Erasmus MC in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. As a researcher, she investigates the ethical implications of new and emerging (bio)technologies for health care and society at large, with a special focus on transplant medicine, with recent work focusing on the ethics of bio-artificial organs, machine perfusion, and the use of (dis)incentives for organ donation. Eline is a member of the Ethics and Law Committee of the Dutch Health Council.
