About: The Hellenic Community for Pulmonary Hypertension is a non-profit organisation, founded by patients and caregivers who have been diagnosed with the difficult disease of Pulmonary Hypertension. It was founded in 2013, with the main purpose of providing all possible assistance to facilitate mainly the sufferers and their families. Our mission is to recognise, consolidate and update all the issues of this unknown disease to the public. After 10 years of operation, the association has made a significant contribution to the recognition of the disease at a national, European and international level.
